Foot warmer orders ship within 24 hours of your order, Monday to Saturday. Delivery is free and tracked to any US address and takes 3-5 days. You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email the moment it ships.

Use it for 60 nights. If your feet are not warmer, send it back for a full refund, no questions.

Damaged or wrong items
If your foot warmer arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it or refund it. No need to send the damaged one back.
Safety
The controller switches the warmer off automatically after 2 hours. Do not use it while sleeping if you cannot feel heat normally. Keep the controller dry, unplug before washing the cover, and follow the care label.
